Meet Our Talented Team Members
Loren – Office Manager
Loren has been with the practice since 2016 and in the dental field for over 15 years; She wears many hats in the practice and enjoys every one of them! She enjoys animals, sports, tattoos, and is always up for an adventure. She looks forward to seeing you soon!
KC – Administrative Team
Kc joined the team in March 2021, comes with 15 years’ experience. She started her career as a dental assistant and has now transition to front desk. In her free time she loves to go to the beach, spend time with family, friends, her beloved cat Gracie, and our famous puffer fish, Penolope.
Andrea – Administrative Team
Andrea joined our team in March 2022. She started her dental career as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2014 and transitioned to administration in 2019. She enjoys helping patients with scheduling and answering any questions they may have. She lives by the motto “treat patients like how you would want your parents treated”. She comes to work every day with a big smile and positive energy.
Outside of work she enjoys summer weekends in Maine, Baseball, Concerts, and spending time with her puppy Brooklyn and dog Loki.
Kathleen – Administrative Team
Kathleen Lima joined our team on February of 2022. She brings us 4 years of success in providing exceptional oral healthcare experience, she truly loves helping others and is a true team player. Kathleen has a warm and welcoming demeanor to our practice. She also loves making patients feeling comfortable and good about themselves. She is extremely motivated and takes pride in helping assist our patients, educating patients on the importance of dental hygiene, informing patients of our Top tier services provided in our office and building a relationship with them.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, trying new restaurants, working out and spending time with family & friends.
Aaliyah – Administrative Team
Aaliyah joined our team in June of 2023 and comes to us with years of customer service and patient care. She is excited to join our team and is eager to learn everything about dentistry. What she enjoys most about her role is how close and comforting the entire team is, helping ensure that each patient is at ease during their visit!
Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find Aaliyah spending time with her family. Her other interests include, makeup, music, & fashion.
Marquise – Dental Assistant
Marquise brings with her 8 years of assisting skills in all aspects of dentistry. Prior to becoming an assistant she transported physically and mentally challenged patients. Marquise’s genuine compassion for individuals makes her an exceptional assistant. She loves the role she plays in giving patients a great dental experience.
Outside of work Marquise enjoys being with her large family and her dog, King. She also loves to travel with her family & friends. Her passions are music, interior decorating, and jet skiing.
Yen – Dental Assistant
Yen is a Certified Dental Assistant with over 15 years of experience. She received her Dental Assistant Certificate Massasoit Community College in 2004. She has experience working as a chairside dental assistant in the areas of general dentistry, periodontics, endodontic, and oral surgery. She joined South Shore Dentistry in July 2021 but has worked in the metro west and south shore areas of Massachusetts. She loves assisting her patients and helping them acheive their dental goals.
Outside of work, Yen likes to spend time with her family, enjoys traveling across the world, and skiing.
Jenn – Dental Assistant
Jenn Joined us in 2019 with over 20 years of experience as a certified and licensed dental assistant. She is highly skilled in all fields of dentistry; she loves assisting surgery with Dr. Burt. She is very hard working and passionate about her career. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals. She loves taking her dog Tuko on long walks.
Marlene – Dental Assistant
Marlene is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been with South Shore Dentistry for many years now. Marlene loves assisting but she is also a very talented technician and can often be found in the practice’s onsite lab, fine tuning crowns and appliances for South Shore Dentistry’s patients. When not at work, Marlene enjoys spending time with her husband and their twin boys.
Julia – Dental Assistant
Julia is a dedicated dental assistant with 5 years of experience. In addition to assisting chairside, she also manages the social media for SSD, helping to showcase the office’s welcoming environment and connect with patients online. Julia takes pride in providing compassionate care and looks forward to continuing to grow in her career.
Outside of the office, Julia loves soaking up the sun at the beach and sharing time with her husband, friends, and family
Dazzlin – Dental Assistant
Dazzlin is a dental assistant who truly loves what she does, helping patients and spreading kindness every day. Outside of work She's a proud mom of two who enjoys traveling, discovering new coffee shops, and trying out different restaurants. Life is about smiles, adventures, and making every moment count!
Jamarie - Assistant
Jamarie has 7 years of experience as a dental assistant in both general dentistry and oral surgery.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exploring new experiences and expressing his creativity through fashion. Fun fact he has a pet chameleon named Skittles.
Pam – Dental Hygienist
Pam is a dedicated dental hygienist with almost 20 years of experience providing gentle, thorough preventive care to patients. She combines a strong knowledge of oral health with a compassionate approach that helps patients feel at ease during their visits. Pam works closely with dentists and staff to create personalized care plans, educate patients on healthy habits, and promote long-term oral wellness. Known for her professionalism and warm demeanor, she strives to make every appointment a positive experience.
When she's not in the office, she enjoys all things outdoors, trying new recipes, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jenna – Dental Hygienist
Jenna graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Bristol Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Science in 2014. Jenna brings a friendly smile and a positive attitude to South Shore Dentistry and says her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is educating her patients on the importance of the oral-systemic health connection. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
Mackenzie – Dental Hygienist
Mackenzie became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2022 after graduating from Cape Cod Community College. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and helping ease patients’ anxiety in the dental chair to create a more comfortable experience. She joined South Shore Dentistry in 2024 and has truly enjoyed becoming part of the team. Mackenzie values being an integral part of an office that prioritizes high-quality dental care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time at the beach, hanging out with her future husband, and playing with their two-year-old Golden Retriever, Brewski!
Ritchy – Dental Hygienist
Ritchy Nicolas is a licensed dental hygienist in Massachusetts with a strong background in patient care, education, and community service. He earned his Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and is completing his Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Regis College. With experience in healthcare, customer service, and leadership, Ritchy is passionate about promoting oral health, preventing periodontal disease, and empowering patients through education.
Outside of the clinic, he is dedicated to giving back to his community through outreach programs and volunteer initiatives.
