Meet Our Talented Team Members
Heather - Office Manager
Heather joined our team with a strong background in operations management. Her experience comes from both small and big box retailers, and most recently pediatric dentistry. Her background in patient services, operations, and human resources have been a great asset to South Shore Dentistry.
Outside the office, Heather enjoys being active and loves traveling to different places. She also enjoys spending time at home cuddling her 2 crazy cats Vegas & Zulu.
Loren - Front Desk Coordinator

She will be one of the first faces you see when visiting the office and she strives to make the patients’ experience in the office as memorable and positive as possible. Loren has a passion for learning and bettering herself and is always ready to help with anything you need when you are in the office!
In her spare time, Loren enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her daughter (who is an avid softball player), and their family dog Willow. Loren also enjoys all sports, especially Boston sports teams, the beach, music, shopping, exercising, and art.
Gunner - Emotional Support Dog
Gunner is an 10 year young rescued red fox lab with a zest for life who loves when a delivery person comes to visit—because that usually means a special treat! As our resident emotional support dog, he is here to make your visit as enjoyable as possible by offering nose snuggles and for YOU to give him a belly rub.
In his spare time, Gunner enjoys long walks on the beach, tug of war, and playing with his dog-brothers, Matthew and Michael.
You might see him at your next visit, so be ready to be comforted!
Hayley - Dental Assistant
Hayley has been with us since 2011, after volunteering at a Giving Smiles Charity event. Hayley has received her title of Certified Dental Assistant through the National Dental Assisting Board and is highly skilled in all aspects of assisting. Hayley grew up around dentistry, as her mom has worked in the dental field for years. She says her mom always loved what she did and made dentistry sound like such a fun and rewarding career. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Hayley too, loves dentistry, especially anything related to sedation and oral surgery.
Outside of the dental office, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 young daughters, friends, and dog, Leo. She is also an avid sports fan, and loves the beach, shopping, and snowboarding.
